Who we are

When you contact us or enquire about coaching, we may collect the information you provide, such as:
- Your name and (where relevant) your child’s name and age group
- Your email address and phone number
- Any details you include in your message
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange coaching or team places, and keep you updated about the sessions you’ve asked about. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Lawful basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent and/or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and providing our services.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as necessary to deal with your request and, where you become a member, for the duration of your involvement with DNA Academy plus any period required by law.
Sharing
We may share information with trusted providers who help us run the academy (for example booking or communication tools). Where we do, we ensure your data is handled securely and only for the purpose intended.
Children’s data
As we work with young players, information about children is provided by a parent or guardian. We treat this information with particular care and only use it to deliver coaching safely.
